NetBeans.org 6.0
For some unknown reason I cannot install it on Ubuntu 7.10 at the moment.
I get this :
followed by a blank window.
So I'll stick with the excellent Beta 1 until I get this resolved.
UPDATE: I resolved the problem.
The issue was that when using JDK 1.5.0 the install gives a blank window.
I switched to JDK 1.6.0 and everything worked and installed :-) It looks great so far.
